I’d like to go for a run. It’s raining outside. I’m not going to go for a run.
It’s 5am and I can’t sleep except that it feels like 3am because it’s dark outside and I only just got to bed four hours ago.
I’d like to run but I’m funny like that – if it’s raining or dark then it probably isn’t going to happen. That’s probably why a treadmill at home would be a great idea. Unfortunately, space wise it’s impossible at the moment.
Excuses I know. I’ll get better. Eight weeks till the half marathon. The next eight weeks are going to be good. I’m going to focus on form and time rather than speed. Build strength and better endurance.
