It’s been one of those weeks where I haven’t cooked much of anything. Getting home late and frustrated after a three hour train trip home from work can leave one severely agitated and not in the mood to cook dinner or do much of anything else. It was warm hot cross buns with butter and a glass of milk for me that night.
I didn’t have to go searching far to find some yummy recipes online that look both delicious and nutritious. Food is the ‘in’ thing at the moment. We’re all talking about it, writing about it and experimenting in our kitchens. I guess in our own little world we are our own ‘masterchefs’, or at least we try to be.
So here’s a few that have caught my attention this week. I’d really like to try these silken tofu scrambled eggs….
