Full Disclosure

Remember the 50 day sugar free challenge? It went so well. 

Then, the last two weeks happened. 

Full sugar blow out. 

Turkish delight Easter eggs. Magnum Classic Ice Cream. Tim Tams. Biscuits. Chocolate Cake. And much more.

Yuck. 

I’ve been eating sugar without really wanting it. 

Laziness crept up and cooking at home flew out the window. 

Emotional eating won over logic.

Instead of my typical carrot sticks with hummus I opted for Strawberry Freddo Frogs. 

It was easy. 

My energy levels have slumped. I’m tired and moody. 

I’ve had enough. 

We all have weak moments when it comes to food, especially treats. The truth is sugar is making me feel like shit. I don’t need it. I don’t want it.

It’s time to get back on the healthier band wagon.

One day at a time.
