Some days you don’t want to do anything.
Life gets in the way. You finish work and can’t wait to get home to put your feet up even though you’ve been sitting on your butt at a desk all day long. That’s even more reason to go for a run.
Today I chose to run.
It felt great. It always feels great. And I know that if it’s not feeling right I can always stop.
Thirty minutes later my batteries were recharged. I got home relaxed, ready to eat, my brain clearer for writing, my mood elevated, and looking forward to getting a good night’s sleep.
It only takes a little run to make the world of difference.
