Someone is seriously getting back into training! I love that you do Pilates for an hour, it really opens everything up. I feel so safe around my centre since I started doing it last summer, wish I’d known about it sooner!
Pilates really does, I love feeling lighter and taller afterwards; and the core workouts are amazing – though I probably should do it more often.
