Training 20.9-26.9.10

Monday and Tuesday I took off from running due to a knee injury.


Wednesday I trained my upper body with weights and did some abdominal exercises – total time 25 minutes


Thursday to Saturday I didn’t work out at all. Some virus decided to ruin my plans and I had a difficult time walking up stairs or just walking.


Sunday

Easy run 40 minutes

This one was very hard today. I had to stop a couple times on the way for a walk. Hopefully next run will be better.
