Felt great today. The plan was to do an easy thirty minute run or so due to the five days I had off but I didn’t see a point in stopping since the run was going well. I need to do longer training sessions more often if I want to see improvements.

Note: Shocking week! A cold, snow, laziness. Yep, they are my only explanation for my lack of running this week. How am I going to improve with this type of effort? I think I need to sign up for a fun run in the next few weeks to increase my motivation for running in the cold. The other thing I need to do is get a gym membership for December/January to ensure I keep up with my running during the winter months.
