In that – 10 minute warm up at 10km/hr, 3 x 800m at 12km/h, 12.5km/h, 12.5km/h with 400m jogging in between at 10.5km/h. Finish with 12 minutes as fast as I can where I did 2.5km.

40 minutes Circuit (weights with running on the spot/skipping between sets)

40 minutes run (7km)
Sunday
10km – ‘RUN WARSAW’ in a personal best of 49:36.
