Another poor week when it comes to running. Lots of chocolate eating though – too much actually. The only way I’m going to stop eating it is if I stop buying it.
Our car broke down which has really complicated matters especially since it’s not that old and we look after it – I’m thinking the extremely low temperature has something to do with it. I use public transport to get to work anyway but it’s become much harder for my partner who has to commute from one place to another in a short space of time. Hopefully, our friend mechanic is going to figure out what happened and solve the problem so that we can have our car back before Christmas.
Monday – Wednesday
No training! I hurt my knee on Tuesday by falling and hitting on one of the rail tracks (very silly of me!). Luckily it’s just bruising.

6.31km on the treadmill (35 minutes)
