This week’s effort was poor. I didn’t train half as much as I should have. I blame it on the weather. Running outdoors when it’s pouring with rain just doesn’t do it for me. The forecast for the next few weeks is showing rain – not happy – I’m going to have to spend more time at the gym using the treadmill and/or include more cross training.
