I didn’t run yesterday. I didn’t run today. Laziness? Nope. I’ve been sitting in front of the laptop finishing an assignment for uni which is due tomorrow. The majority was done but the most time consuming activity was fixing the details and putting everything together. Correct academic referencing seems to take the longest.
I had to put together a portfolio of writing as it’s a communication degree. What I liked best was that I could choose my own topic. So I did a report and presentation related to obesity, an article about the benefits of running on PMS, a review of a running book I read and a letter to the education department about the importance of physical education in schools.
So while I didn’t do any running over the past two days, I have been thinking and writing about it. The good news is my assignment is done and submitted so now I can focus on something else and ensure I fit in a workout tomorrow before finishing the second one by the weekend.
