The first week of December focused on walking. It was just easier to do than anything else. Lunchtime walking and weekend walking. While the work week entailed only 20 minute walks during the day, the weekend involved 3 one hour plus walks including one power walk at the beach.
I’ve started to show and I felt a little self conscious on the beach. I’m used to having a semi flat belly and muscles that I can tense when I’m in a bikini. Well, bye-bye to flat belly at least for the next six to nine months. Even when I concentrated on holding my tummy muscles tight there is still a bulge showing and it took me half of my beach walk before I dared to walk in my bikini and work on my tan.
