I’m loving yoga at the moment. Here’s the prenatal yoga that I’ve been doing lately that I found on You Tube. It’s half an hour which is perfect, stretches out my body, works my muscles and ensures I don’t have a sore back at the end of the day. You can also check out three other videos this instructor has available in her prenatal series. This is number 2, and my favourite at the moment.
* Make sure you get the ok from your GP / Obstetrician before you undertake any exercise, especially when you’re pregnant!
