Workout Done

First day at work was a long one. I was very excited to get started, nervous too, and I got information overload today. There’s a lot to take in. First day at work was definitely overwhelming and even though all I did was observe and learn but by five pm I was exhausted. A part of me didn’t want to go for a run but after the hour train ride home, I got changed and headed straight for the gym to do fit in my planned workout. Now I’m eating yummy meatballs with basmati rice and am ready to put my feet up and relax for an hour or two before heading off to bed.

30 minute interval workout (treadmill)
